What is Wiggle Boks?

In a nutshell, Wiggle Boks is a monthly subscription service for busy parents, to help you discover new products to make life with babies & toddlers easier and more fun.

How much does a subscription cost?

We offer flexible subscription plans to allow you to Wiggle as much or as little as you want. Keep in mind that all subscriptions renew at the end of the subscription term. Our current plans include:

Monthly plan - MYR 128 billed monthly, automatically

3 month plan - MYR 372 billed every 3 months

6 month plan - MYR 728 billed every 6 months

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal payments. You may always sign into your account dashboard and add or update your payment method on file to avoid an interruption in your Wiggle Boks subscription renewals.

What is the currency I will be paying in?

All prices listed on the website and at checkouts are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations. In order to determine an estimated exchange rate for your currency, we recommend using this online currency converter.

What can I expect to receive in my monthly box?

Your box includes 5-6 items including full sized products, deluxe sized samples, and amazing vouchers (often for larger items like strollers, cribs, or electronic items) - curated for you based on your child's birth date and gender, always with a combined retail value of RM200 or more! You can Wiggle from your first month of pregnancy all the way until your baby is 2 years old, and we know how fast that time flies by! 

How do you select what I receive in my box?

Our team work with numerous brands to find the most innovative, baby-tested and exciting products to make your life as a parent easier and much more fun. Books, age-appropriate high-quality toys, apparel accessories, all natural home and body care items and gear are just some of the types of products included in your monthly box.

Can I choose or switch out items in my box?

We are very confident in our team to put together an amazing variety of products, we do not offer the option to switch out items or choose specific items to go into your box. Our expertise is in finding brands you may not have found on your own, picking only the best items we find, and surprising and delighting you with something new and exciting each month!

Where can I buy the products featured in my box?

We do not sell the individual products that are featured in your box. You will need to visit the brand's store or online store, and purchase directly from them.

Are the products in the boxes organic?

We feature organic and all-natural products whenever possible. Our team carefully test and select each product - from organic baby care products to toys to gear - ensuring that everything you receive is responsibly sourced, free of chemicals and beneficial to both parents and their little munchkin. We also continuously gather reviews from our customers to learn more about how are products are working for you – and adapt accordingly. Do you make your own products for the boxes?

The products within the boxes are not manufactured by Wiggle Boks, but rather by Wiggle Boks' suppliers and brand partners. 

Can I give Wiggle Boks as a gift?

Absolutely! Our gift boxes are perfect for your family & friends upon the birth of a new baby, as a wonderful holiday gift or a way to brighten someone’s day. A gift subscription is a one-time purchase that does not renew automatically at the end of term. The gift recipient will be able to access their box selections each month via email if you provide their email address, and you’ll manage your account information from your account dashboard.

When is the last day in a month to sign up for a subscription?

The final day for new subscribers to sign up for a subscription is the last day of the month. You will receive your monthly box in the following month.

When will you ship my box?

We ship all boxes on the 4th of every month. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your box ships.

How long does shipping take?

For Malaysia: delivery takes 1-3 days
For rest of the world: delivery takes 10-21 days

I ordered on the 1st of the month, why did I only receive my Boks in the month after?

The last day of the month (e.g. 31st of July) is the final day for subscribers to sign up. Wiggle Boks will start packing your box on the 1st of the month (e.g. 1st of August) and deliver them on the 4th of the month (e.g. 4th of August).

If you subscribe on the 1st of the month (e.g. 1st of August), we will only be delivering your box on the 4th of September. Your subscription will then renew on the 11th of September.

Can I pause my monthly subscription?

Yes you have full control over your subscription service. You can pause your subscription at any time, and choose to pause whether for one, two or more months. When your pause period runs out, your membership will automatically reactivate and you will continue to receive your monthly box.

What is your cancellation policy?

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of your subscription term, on the 11th of each month. If desired, you can disable auto-renewal at any time. If you have reason to cancel your subscription early, before your subscription term has come to an end (on the 11th of the month), you can do so via your 'My Account' section, or contact customer service at for assistance.

Can I return my box if I don't like it? 

Wiggle Boks does not accept returns of the monthly box. A week before we ship your items, we will show you a sneak peak/preview of what will be in your upcoming box. If you already have the items, or don't find them useful, you can 'Skip' the month, or pause your subscription under 'My Account'.

What is your refund policy?

  • All our boxes are created and put into production immediately after payment has successfully been made (on the 11th of each month). Because of this strict time frame, we cannot refund a charge for your box or subscription after that time.
  • To request early cancellation of your subscription and a related refund before the end of your subscription term, you can do so via your 'My Account' section, or contact customer service at
